The Mexican Invasion could not happen without Landlords everywhere profiting from criminals.If the city of Los Angeles wanted to really get serious about the gang problem with MS-13 they would amend Special Order 40 and enroll the LAPD in 287g. This will never happen as long as we have a mayor that panders to MECA, LA RAZA and other terrorist organizations that support gangs and illegal immigration.

Prosecutors say owner Jacob Libman allows the gang — known as MS-13
– to live in the building and use it as a stronghold for illicit
activity. The suit also alleges that the landlord permitted the gang
to run an “after-hours club” where alcohol, drugs and sex were
available for purchase. Libman is already facing a felony drug charge
in connection with a December 2008 arrest, according to prosecutors.LOS ANGELES (Map, News) – The Los Angeles city attorney’s office has filed a lawsuit to take over a suspected drug hub for the notorious Mara Salvatrucha gang. The lawsuit was filed Friday against Jacob Libman, owner of the 24-unit apartment building in the city’s Pico-Union neighborhood.
City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says police have documented the building as a hangout and drug-sales hub for the Salvatrucha gang since 2004. He says the lawsuit asks a judge to appoint a property manager to clean up the building.
Reached by phone, Libman said he had no knowledge of illegal activity at the building and had no further comment.
