So if you are a third world woman , stay in your own country, the United States doesn’t need your womb.

Here is the mug shot of MUSHEGERO, NAMEGABE KELEKELE, the man arrested this morning for murder by Beaverton Police. His arraignment will be tomorrow at 3 p.m. in the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center (215 SW Adams Ave.)Please direct any inquiries about the case to the Beaverton PoliceArrested for MurderEarlier this morning, the Beaverton Police Department had responded to a call from a distraught young woman saying her mother had just been killed by her father. The victim, Nabintu Kalamba (49) and her husband, Namegabe Mushegero (51) both lived with their three children at 6155 SW King Boulevard, Beaverton.The oldest of the three children, Ahadi Kelekele (24), was woken up by her two younger brothers screaming upstairs. When she ran upstairs to see what was the matter she watched, in utter shock, as her father attacked her mother with a hammer. Kelekele had called police to report the assault.When police arrived they found Kalamba fatally wounded upstairs, having succumbed to her injuries. In addition, investigators found after interviewing Mushegero that he had assaulted Kalamba with the hammer because she was going to leave him. Detectives were unable to find any previous domestic violence history.The Washington County Forensics Team and the Beaverton Police Detectives are continuing their investigation until all forensic evidence has been gathered. No one else was injured and the children are being cared for by family members.Mushegero has been arrested and charged with the murder of Kalamba. He was lodged at the Washington County jail with no bail; as Murder is a no bail Measure 11 crime.Mushegero’s arraignment will be held Tuesday, March 17th, at 3:00 pm at the Sheriff’s Office law enforcement Center 215 SW Adams, Hillsboro. There is no additional information to be released.##BPD##Beaverton Police Detectives have interviewed the victim’s husband and arrested him on murder charges. The victim was 49 year old Nabintu Kelekele Kalamba and the suspect, her husband, is 50 year old Namegabe Kelekele Mushegero.Both the vicitm and the suspect lived at the 6155 SW King Blvd address. Preliminary interviews and invetigations found the murder weapon to be a hammer; however, a motive for this crime is unknown.
The Washington County Forensics Team and Beaverton Detectives will continue their investigation. However, no further deatils are avaiable at this time.

On March 16th, 2009 at 0102 am the Beaverton Police Department received a call from a distraught woman saying she had found her mother seriously injured. The caller was at home with her parents.
Police and Detectives arrived on scene to find the victim upstairs, deceased. Preliminary investigation show the victim’s husband had fatally wounded her. It’s unclear as to the exact cause of death but it does not appear to be a shooting.
Washington County Forensics and the Beaverton Police Detectives are still investigating and talking to witnesses. The suspect was taken into custody and is being questioned by detectives. No further information is available at this time.

The names of two victims criminal wetbacks killed January 30th in a traffic crash on Highway 99E north of Salem are being released following confirmation of next of kin notification to family members in Mexico. Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers are continuing the investigation.On January 30, 2009 at approximately 6:02 a.m. a report was received of a commercial truck in a ditch blocking Highway 99E near Barbara Avenue NE north of Salem. Within 3 minutes a second report was received of a serious traffic crash at that location. Emergency responders arrived and confirmed two people were killed and two others trapped in a pickup. The ongoing investigation indicates a 2005 Kenworth truck pulling a loaded semi-trailer was being operated northbound on Highway 99E near milepost 43 missed a turn for a delivery in the Salem area. The truck’s driver was attempting to turn around to go southbound at the intersection with Scott Avenue NE when the truck slid into the ditch on the west side of the highway and became stuck. The semi-trailer was stopped across both Highway 99E lanes of travel.
Conditions were described as dark with heavy fog.
The truck’s driver was standing outside on the south side of the truck to warn approaching traffic when his trailer was struck on the north side by a southbound 1992 Chevrolet S-10 pickup with six occupants. The pickup crashed into the right center side of the semi-trailer and was partially lodged underneath.
The pickup’s male driver, URY ISLAS-LIBRADO, age 17, and male right front passenger, ELISEO OJEDA-DELOSANTOS, age 23, both lived in the Woodburn area, were deceased at the scene.

CBS News has learned that the family of the octuplets born this week outside Los Angeles filed for bankruptcy and abandoned a home a little over a year-and-a-half ago.
Early Show national correspondent Hattie Kauffman says the mother is in her mid-thirties and lives with her parents.
There’s been no mention of the octuplets’ father, Kauffman observes.
The grandfather, she adds, is apparently going to head back to his native Iraq to earn money for the growing family. He told CBS News he’s a former Iraqi military man.
Kauffman reported Thursday, and the octuplets’ maternal grandmother now confirms to the Los Angeles Times, that the babies’ mother already had six young children.
And a family acquaintance had told Kauffman that two of the six other kids are twins, and the six range in age from about two to about seven.
The mother’s name is still being kept under wraps.
But her mother, Angela Suleman, also tells the newspaper her daughter conceived the octuplets through a fertility program.
Suleman told the Times her daughter had embryos implanted and, “They all happened to take.”
She also was counseled about the risks of her pregnancy — then in its 12th week — and about the option of aborting some fetuses when she arrived at the hospital, Dr. Harold Henry said.
The Early Show Friday, the scientific director of an Atlanta-area fertility clinic blasted whichever clinic did the implantations, saying he’s “stunned.”
Doctors at the hospital where the octuplets were born, Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center in Bellflower, Calif., some 17 miles southeast of L.A., say the patient came to them already three months pregnant.
Asked at a news conference whether fertility assistance should be provided for a mother who already has multiple children, Dr. Harold Henry, part of the team that delivered the octuplets, said, “Kaiser has no policy on that, adding that doctors counseled the woman on her options.
“The options,” said Henry, “were to continue the pregnancy or to selectively abort. The patient chose to continue the pregnancy.”
Dr. Karen Maples, who also helped deliver the octuplets, read a statement from the mother saying, “My family and I are ecstatic about all of their arrivals.”
The woman and her children live in a neighborhood of small, one-story homes, Kauffman reports, all with two-to-three bedrooms at most. Soon, she pointed out, there will be 14 children and at least three adults living in one of the homes — until the grandfather heads back to his native Iraq,
Kauffman says unanswered questions include where the woman got the fertility treatments and how they were paid for.
The Early Show Friday, Michael Tucker, scientific director of Georgia Reproductive Specialists, says all these developments leave him “stunned. As the story’s unfolded and it’s gone from the potential use of just fertility drugs, or misuse thereof, to actual, apparently, IVF (in-vitro fertilization) with transfer of embryos, this is just remarkable to me that any practitioner in our field of reproductive medicine would undertake such a practice.”
Tucker, who has a doctorate in reproductive physiology, says it’s “absolutely” possible the octuplets’ mother got pregnant with them by taking fertility drugs on her own without the help of a clinic, “and that seemed the most plausible scenario, simply because the profession, we’re policed by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, has focused so minutely on the fact that we need to reduce the number of embryos that we transfer. We really are all about seeking the one, the one embryo that’s going to make the healthy, single-born baby.
“And this kind of multiple plethora excess of babies is too much of a good thing. And it’s rather a slap in the face of the whole profession, simply because it’s going in the wrong direction.
“And it’s unfortunate, because the media pick up on this and seem to go, I think, Arthur Kaplan from UPenn (University of Pennsylvania) said the media tend to go goo-goo gaga over this and, in fact, it’s really a bit of a medical disaster.”
“Had she walked into a fertility clinic and said, ‘Listen, I’ve got other children, the oldest seven, the youngest two,’ co-anchor Julie Chen asked Tucker, “is there any ethical responsibility on the clinic’s part to say, ‘I’m not going to treat you,’ or, ‘You know what? This is not a good idea?” ‘
“Suffice to say,” Tucker responded, “I’ve been in this business for 25 years now. And it’s pretty much standard practice in all clinics to have some form of psychological evaluation of the patient. Also, their sociological circumstances. And I’m stunned, actually, that a clinic would proceed to treat a patient in this circumstance and then even to get to perhaps the transfer of embryos and ponder the transfer in, I believe, the lady’s mid-30s, a 35-year-old — she should be receiving two embryos, maximum, as a transfer into her uterus to have had eight transferred is somewhat — is extremely
WHITTIER, Calif. (AP) — The woman who gave birth to octuplets this week already had six children but refused the option of reducing the number of embryos she was carrying last year, her mother said. Angela Suleman said good news for her daughter is all the babies appear healthy.
“I looked at those babies. They are so tiny and so beautiful,” Suleman told The Los Angeles Times on Thursday.
Suleman’s daughter gave birth to the octuplets Monday at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center but had requested that doctors keep her name confidential.
Suleman said her daughter had not expected so many embryos to keep developing, but rejected selective reduction.
“What do you suggest she should have done? She refused to have them killed,” Suleman told the Times. “That is a very painful thing.”
Doctors had been expecting only seven babies, but an eighth was born in the Caesarean delivery.
Media knew little about the woman until a family acquaintance told CBS’ “The Early Show” on Thursday that the mother is “fairly young” and lives with her parents and her six children.
Within hours, media had camped out at the family’s home in Whittier, where the babies’ grandfather pulled up in a minivan in the evening and briefly spoke to The Associated Press.

WHITTIER, Calif. (AP) — The woman who gave birth to octuplets this week already had six children but refused the option of reducing the number of embryos she was carrying last year, her mother said. Angela Suleman said good news for her daughter is all the babies appear healthy.
“I looked at those babies. They are so tiny and so beautiful,” Suleman told The Los Angeles Times on Thursday.
Suleman’s daughter gave birth to the octuplets Monday at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center but had requested that doctors keep her name confidential.
Suleman said her daughter had not expected so many embryos to keep developing, but rejected selective reduction.
“What do you suggest she should have done? She refused to have them killed,” Suleman told the Times. “That is a very painful thing.”
Doctors had been expecting only seven babies, but an eighth was born in the Caesarean delivery.
Media knew little about the woman until a family acquaintance told CBS’ “The Early Show” on Thursday that the mother is “fairly young” and lives with her parents and her six children.
Within hours, media had camped out at the family’s home in Whittier, where the babies’ grandfather pulled up in a minivan in the evening and briefly spoke to The Associated Press.

and now with WIC, food stamps, and very probably a housing issue, that will include Section 8 help, she will be in fat city, not to mention the Medical Assistance for the children and herself, plus parents will probably get to claim the children on their taxes, and not pay a cent in taxes, what a deal, and WE THE TAX PAYERS, Legal residents will pay the bill. This should be a CRIME

and how can he be giving her children what they need when they are crammed into a mall house, 3 bedrooms, living with gramma and grampa?
What does she do for work? How does she support her children?
And another concern, her father is a former military man in the Iraqi army. I dunno, not feeling the love with this family. Perhaps the daughter is being used to single-handedly stock the US with Iraqi citizens.
Not trying to be hateful, but something is not right here and I think it deserves further scrutiny less

I hope those fourteen children would be lucky to avoid the poverty, I don’t see how it is possible. Maybe if the fertility doctors will pay a child support to each of eight kids. I believe that the mother had no rights to ask for fertility procedures. No wonder there are so many unhappy people whose problems where created by theirs irresponsible parents. less
